It appears VIACOM has upload its own video's to YouTube from multiple "private sources". With the intent of complaining to YOUTube of copy infringement. The uploads, doctored to look like modified uploads from marketing agencies and employees sent out to Kinko's. Really, is in there a law about doing this kind of thing?
VIACOM and Hollywood need to grow with the times and embrace technology and not cheat inside and outside of the court's system. Tying up the court's with these type of tactics should be dealt with swiftly and handing a bill for court costs costs, reimbursement for the wrongly accused (their expense) and some type of punishment for the laywers playing a game to fill their pockets.
