First off, yes, "Blogs" have value, great value, as a matter of fact.  A Blog is a laser sharp tool that can take out a campaign in a nanohour whilst walloping you about the head effortlessly before you can wrench that foot out of your mouth.  So quick in fact, before you can get back from Starbuck 's for your afternoon Latte the World's commentary can inundate your inbox with more slams than a human needs in a lifetime.

Way Back MachineFurthermore, the Google and Blogosphere search & find effect is virtually forever, and well, the Wayback Machine will make sure you remember "WayBack".  A BLOG is lighting quick and lasts forever, kinda like the family luggage with teeth, in some cases.

We know Blogs are effective and the immediate community feedback is the power of this great tool.  What you throw out in the Community; the Community's heartbeat will be sensed  based on the  passion, direction and focus of the content.  The heartbeat maybe a warm embrace or a roar of vengence; a caress of admiration or the sting of a saber's blade.  Your publication is a submittal to the world.   By all means, preview, review and edit, because if you are Blogging "World Class" content, make sure its given "World Class" time and effort.   The World will answer back!  As you live you shall receive; thrusting a sword returns the favor with a shattering blow.  As an accolade of applause begets a cheer of one's own way.  Blog, a strong tool it is...  Use it smartly and walk silently with its power in check; as the blog is an enormous stick to be handled with great responsibility.

Now we all know the Blog's impact of the past several years.  In walks 2007 "The Year Of The Corporate Blog".  The Blog will morph its own way into the corporate world.  The value of a Blog in a company will  increases as we seek, find applicaiton for this technology in old and new areas of business.
