I Have Great Friends
It's amazing to me how much compassion and love there is in this world, yet we don't seem to report on this as frequently as we do the ugliness of mankind! With all the wars, fighting, country leaders amok and general mischievous behavior its easy to be disgusted with many of oursleves. I am very lucky to have a wonderful family, outstanding friends and in general, I am a pretty happy person.
I received an email, as seen below, and it was a chain mail. Normally, I would reply to the sender and exclaim that this sort of thing is a harvester of emails and should never be sent as your feeding the spammers...blah...blah..blah... I most llkely would go on to say, if you must do this than at least BCC all the email IDs and that would be a tad better when perpetuating this type of email delivery.
However, this was not from someone who plays the email chain game... No sir, not for a moment. This person is a fun loving, don't get me wrong, but this person would never punish your time with trivial nonsense. Not a chain letter, not a message with ill contrived wishes.
As I read the FROM: field of the email again, just to check whom sent me this correspondence, I was again reminded who and off I went on a read.
The outcome as you can read for yourself was a very special note. This email was worth sending. SO, I did follow up and sent it to my family and closest of friends. The results were amazing, I received emails immediately and the phone calls were throughout the day thanking me of thinking of each one of them.
My friend whom sent the letter has made a grand mark with me and I am thankful for his friendship and overwhelmed that he felt comfortable enough to send me this type of correspondence.
I do think this message below is powerful for all of us and I post it here in order to direct to to the world. I am hopiing, if you find yourself at my little corner of the web this message below suits you well. Feel free to spare email servers with chain mails and just refer to this link.
