Outlook & Scheduling Meetings In Different TimeZones

If you travel and schedule meetings in a different time-zones from Outlook, it appears Outlook has difficulty with keeping up with you and your schedule. It's not Outlook. The issue boils down to you and your recipient's computer settings.
